On average, funds allocate about 7% of their portfolios to cryptocurrencies, although more than half invest less than 2%.<\/p>\n<p>The report notes that U.S. President Donald Trump\u2019s administration\u2019s support for digital assets has helped drive cryptocurrency prices higher, with Bitcoin reaching new record highs in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>AIMA said that 67% of funds exposed to crypto use derivatives to speculate on price movements without holding the underlying assets.
