The license, issued under the European Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), allows the platform to offer regulated products to customers across the region.<\/p>\n<p>This approval follows a few months after Crypto.com received provisional authorization under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation, which governs digital assets in the European Union. The company had previously been approved by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) for the acquisition of local firm A.N.
