Rounding of commissions
Our commissions are calculated without decimals and all fees with decimals are rounded up. For example, if the commission is 2.34 RON, the rounding is done to 3 RON.
Rounding of exchange rate
The exchange rate is rounded differently depending on the parity.
Digital currency collection #
Only the first 6 decimals are taken into account when collecting digital currencies. For example, if a transfer is 1.003453456 BTC in the account, 1.003453 BTC will be credited. Anything after the 6th decimal is not taken into account.
Transfer of digital currencies to external wallet #
The blockchain network fee is included. The blockchain network fee is not Tradesilvania’s commission. The transfer fee is updated periodically depending on the conditions in the blockchain network and is displayed transparently before any coin transfer from the Tradesilvania wallet. Depending on the currency, the transfer can be made on the native network or on Ethereum (ERC-20), Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20), Tron (TRC-20), etc.

Other services at the request of clients and manual processing of transactions #
For other services provided at the request of the client and which are not available in the platform (Examples: Investigating transactions sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network, sending reports in physical or electronic format at the request of the client, verification costs of payment collection, payments made with the wrong and missing identification code, etc.) a single fee is charged, invoiced separately in advance, in the amount of EUR 35 (in lei equivalent at the NBR exchange rate on the day of the request).
Card payment return fees to the customer #
When a transaction paid by card/credit card is not completed for the following reasons: the payment is not completed for any reason, the FIAT-crypto exchange transaction is interrupted or cannot be completed, the crypto withdrawal from the platform is not made or is pending validation by the platform or verification documents from the customer are pending and there is a return of the card payment (refund or partial refund) of the payment to the card with which the transaction was originally paid or return to a bank account of the customer in case the card is no longer valid, at the request of the customer, a banking or non-banking institution, the payment processor or an authority, the following fees are charged:
– payment return fee EUR 50
– FIAT-crypto, crypto-FIAT exchange fees will be deducted from the amount to be returned
– chargeback fees, payment return fees from the payment processor will be deducted from the amount to be refunded
– the manual payment processing fee of 35 euros will be deducted separately.
If the client does not submit the documents required by the platform for legal compliance and clarification of the transaction and the initiator of the transaction, we are entitled to block the transaction until all aspects of the transaction are clarified and to refund the sum as explained above with all the processing fees deducted.
If the amount paid is less than the amount of the payment return fees costs, Tradesilvania platform will make the compensation from the existing amount and/or from subsequent or different payments on the same account to compensate for the total amount.
Tradesilvania RAMP #
Tradesilvania RAMP service allows, upon request, refunds for transactions that are processed manually by the Tradesilvania team. All costs for a refund / return of FIAT funds will include all platform fees for all refund steps, including all costs from Tradesilvania partners that are included in FIAT refunds (card processors / bank fees / currency exchange rate, crypto to FIAT exchange) and, where applicable, card return fees.
